Description

Iron dextran (or ferrous dextran) injection solution 100 mg/2 ml is used to treat moderate to severe iron deficiency anemia, especially in patients who cannot take iron orally or who do not respond to oral iron supplementation. It is available in a box containing 3 ampoules, each containing 100 mg of the active ingredient in 2 ml of solution. If discomfort persists, consult your doctor.
